about your house including the HERS requirements.

San Diego Gas & Electric & Southern California Edison both have a 2-Tier,
incentive based program that rewards home owners for building
a better and more energy efficient home. Homes that exceed Title 24 by 15%
are eligible for Tier-1 and homes that exceed by 35% with a 40% cooling reduction
qualify for Tier-2.
So Cal HERS Raters will work with your SCE or
SDG&E account
representative to ensure all of the appropriate documentation
is turned over in a timely manner so your incentive will get
processed quickly.
Make sure you establish contact with an account representative
at least 90 days before project finals.
